StayValid Refund Policy
We can't imagine you'll need to know this, but just in case!
StayValid will do everything we can to make sure you're satisfied with whatever service you use. Unfortunately there's not much we can do in the area of refunds. We offer the Trial service to make sure you're pleased with StayValid before committing to a paid service. You can always cancel your payments at any time and you won't be charged beyond your current billing cycle.
Upon Trial service expiration
After your Trial service ends, you'll be forced to upgrade to one of our other service options (Basic, or Premium). The upgrade process is simple and secure and will route you through the PayPal site for payments. You can cancel your service at any time if you aren't happy.
Once you cancel, you won't be charged again
You will be responsible for the remainder of your current monthly billing period, but your charges will not continue after you cancel your service. Let's say your billing cycle starts on the 1st of each month, if you cancel on the 22nd, you will not be reimbursed for the remainder of that billing cycle, but you of course will not be charged again after cancelling.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and going to your Account page. Once you are on the Account page, click the “Please cancel my account” link.
