Alright so it's more than 1 minute long, in fact, it's just over 4 minutes. But this is just a quick-cut walkthrough of signing up, and using StayValid. The idea of the video is to just give you an idea of what using StayValid is like, and to open your eyes to the potential of using paid services.

I forgot my password, now what?
If you can't remember your password, just try to log in with what you think it MIGHT be, and if it's incorrect, you'll be taken to the login page. From there, you can just enter your email in the field provided, then click "Reset Password" at the bottom of the form. You will then be sent an email with a link that allows you to reset your password!
What payment options are available?
All of our payments are run through PayPal Merchant Services. Our highest priority is making sure you're comfortable knowing that your money and information is secure. We believe that PayPal's reputation speaks for itself in that respect, and we're leaving it in their hands. If you don't have a PayPal account, that's okay, you can still fill out credit card information instead of using an account, but regardless of the method you choose, all payments will be made through the PayPal site. If payment for a plan you choose is required, you will automatically be forwarded to the appropriate payment page, so there's nothing to worry about.
How many site subscriptions can I have?
The number of site subscriptions you can have depends on which service plan you choose. If you are using the Trial Service, you are limited to just 1 Site Subscription, and 10 pages maximum on the site scan. If you are using our Basic Service, you are allowed up to 6 Site Subscriptions and get up to 100 pages maximum on each scan. With Premium Service, you have Unlimited Site Subscriptions, but are still limited to 250 pages per site scan. You can also check on the "Account" tab when you're logged in, and you can find your plan details there.
What else can I expect?
There's a lot more to come with StayValid, and we're pretty excited to bring them to you. We're always thinking of new ways to make staying valid that much easier for you. How does StayValid validate my code?
First we run our spider all over and through whatever domain you enter as your subscription. As pages are found, they are put into a queue to be run through our local copy of the W3C Validator. You can trust the results you get from StayValid because they come straight from the source!
